Notes

Prior to working the tour, 4498 was used to rescue a failed ballast train near Settle. It worked the train to Hellifield. It consisted of 47308, which had a minor brake block fire, plus 25308 which had also been sent to rescue the failure, but was not powerful enough to get the train and dead Class 47 moving. 34092 operated the tour between Carnforth and Hellifield.
